Piano Teacher

Hi! My name is Krzysztof Gosudarski, and I’ve been playing the piano since I was seven years old. I am classically trained and hold a BA (Hons) in Music (2008), followed by a Masters Degree in Music (2012). I also hold an ABRSM Grade 8 in Piano Performance (distinction), and I teach students well beyond this level.

As a Qualified Music Teacher, I provide enthusiastic, personalised lessons to suit every student's goals. Whether you wish to follow a structured exam path or simply want to play beautiful music for enjoyment, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

Everyone is welcome!

Qualified Music Teacher

I hold the official Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), recognized by the UK's Department for Education since September 2014.

With this status, I have gained extensive practical experience teaching in various schools across the UK. This combined credential and experience assures you that my teaching methodologies meet the highest pedagogical standards, ensuring effective and professional guidance for students of all ages.

MA and BA Degree in Music

I hold MA degree and BA Degree in music - both passed with the highest marks.

Throughout my musical journey, I’ve been fortunate to have inspiring teachers who helped me refine my skills and achieve distinction in all my exams.

This has fuelled my passion for teaching, and over the years, I’ve developed a teaching practice that I thoroughly enjoy, offering lessons in a wide range of musical styles to both children and adults.

Learn Piano Up and Beyond Grade 8 Level

I completed the ABRSM Grade 8 Piano Exam with Distinction, mainly to understand how the UK examination system works. I don’t currently plan to take higher ABRSM performance exams (as they are quite expensive and not essential for my professional goals). Instead, I continue to grow as a musician, composer, and educator through advanced study and performance.

I teach up to and beyond Grade 8 level - in both piano and music theory - helping students refine their technique, deepen their musical expression, and prepare for ABRSM or Trinity diplomas with flying colours.

European Teachers Assotiation Member

I'm a member of the European Piano Teachers Association. Being a member of EPTA is beneficial for both my students and me. It provides access to a vast network of professional resources, ongoing professional development opportunities, and support from fellow educators.

This helps me stay updated with the latest teaching techniques and music education trends, which I can then pass on to my students. Furthermore, I also possess an Enhanced DBS check (Available upon request).
